To provide a high-quality music experience, we collect minimal data including:

• User & Guild IDs: To identify which server the music is playing in.
• Command Usage: We log which commands are used to fix bugs and optimize performance.
• Settings: We store your custom volume levels, prefixes, and playlists.

3. Voice & Audio Privacy

This is the most important part: BeatBuddy does NOT record, listen to, or store your voice conversations.

The bot only connects to voice channels to output audio streams from your requested sources (like YouTube, Spotify, or Radio). Once the music stops or the bot leaves, no data remains.

4. Data Security

Your data is stored on encrypted, secure servers. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Access to your data is restricted only to core developers for maintenance purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

BeatBuddy interacts with external APIs to fetch music. While we protect your ID, these services (YouTube, Spotify, etc.) may have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to request the deletion of all your data. Simply:

• Remove the bot from your server (automatically clears guild data).
• Contact us via our Support Server for a manual data wipe.

7. Changes to Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced in our Discord server or on the Changelog page.
