2. Use License

BeatBuddy is provided for personal, non-commercial use within Discord. You may not:

• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the bot's code.
• Use the bot to distribute illegal content or violate copyright laws.
• Exploit bugs or use automation to spam command requests.
• Host your own instance of the bot using our branding.

3. Service Availability

We strive for 24/7 uptime, but BeatBuddy is provided "as is". We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by Discord API issues, hosting maintenance, or upstream provider outages.

4. User Conduct

Users are expected to use the bot respectfully. We reserve the right to blacklist servers or users who:

• Attempt to bypass our security measures.
• Intentionally overload our audio processing servers.
• Use the bot for malicious activities that violate Discord's Terms of Service.

5. Disclaimer

The materials provided by BeatBuddy are "as is". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the region where the developers reside. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the bot signifies your acceptance of any changes.
